Shipping Policy

We will currently only make use of Postnet to Postnet shipping option as per below:

  • R99 for the first **5kg; 
  • And R20 **per kg thereafter
  • Maximum weight per waybill **15kg's

Shipping cost is for the client and will be added at check out.

Refund Policy

Only refunds on goods received in deteriorated state (this does not include damage from transit).  We can unfortunately not refund goods lost once handed over to the shipping company.  Please inform us of any such incidents so that we can review and establish if we can assist and if alternative options for shipping need to be considered.
