Refund Policy

Revo Sauce will provide either a full refund or an exchange for the same value in the following circumstances:

  • The order didn't arrive 15 days after product was dispatched
  • Damaged items
  • Items that are lost in transit
  • Items received are incorrect

Revo Sauce is unable to refund you if the reasons for refund doesn't fall in the above categories. 


Refund or replacement process:

To start a return, you can send us an email to sales@revosauce.com with the following information:

  • Copy of invoice
  • Photo of damaged items (this needs to be reported upon receipt of the product)
  • Correspondence from shipping company notifying you about the lost parcel
  • Your preference either to get a refund or have the item replaced


Once we accessed the information provided by you and approved refund or replacement, we will notify you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
