Shipping Policy
All orders to be collected in Brackenfell or Stikland, Bellville. Should collection not be possible, we can offer a courier service at an additional cost. (Cost dependant on the size of the item and address)
Refund Policy
No refunds on any personalized items, unless otherwise agreed upon between the client and the supplier.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
A minimum of 60% Deposit upon acceptance of all orders. Should an order be cancelled, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once production has commenced.
