CUSTOMER RETURNS: Returned items must be returned unused and undamaged, in the original packaging and accompanied with the original invoice/slip as per retail policy. Please ensure the goods are properly packaged to ensure that damage does not occur during the return to the store .Courier for returns & exchanges needs to be arranged by the client themselves. LittleSprouts reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange a product should it be deemed that the product has been used or is not in a condition fit for resale As stated on our invoice ‘We do not offer cash/card refunds’. Due to the nature of our bespoke/one of a kind ranges. Any online exchange values needs to be used in full and the customer is liable to arrange own courier for return and collection. No collection will be approved before we have received the returned goods in perfect original unused condition. We are not liable for stock availability in specific styles or design and cannot place orders on limited edition items. Exchanges on styles and all products is subject to availability in sizes, design and colour. 1. To return any goods, you must produce a receipt or gift receipt to LittleSprouts. It shows when the goods were bought. We are not able to process any transactions without the original proof of purchase. 2. We may exchange defective merchandise provided proof of purchase is produced. Replacements takes up to 14 working days or longer as all our ranges unique and subject to availability. 3. LittleSprouts takes customer service seriously and as such each case shall be handled individually 4.
