Shipping Policy
Shipping is done within 2 days of payment reflecting in the bank account of Leather Goetis. Purchaser is liable to pay shipping fees. This will be included in your quotation. All orders over R500 is eligible for free shipping.
Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing products at Leather Goetis.
Please note products such as earrings and bracelets are not eligible for refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund, products must be returned within 10 calender days. The product must be returned in the same condition in which you have received it and undamaged in any way.
After we have received your product the Leather Goetis team will inspect and process your refund. Refunds may take up to 3 business days.
If the product is damaged in any way or you initiated the refund process after the 10 initial calendar days from receiving the product, you will not be eligible for a refund.
