Shipping Policy
We ship all orders via Pudo locker-to-door service at a flat rate. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as we aren’t responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. The only exception is if your product was mishandled by the courier. In this case, you must provide photo evidence showing the damage within a few hours of receiving the parcel. Verified claims will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final, so please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
