Shipping Policy

As soon as we receive payment, your order will be processed. All orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and you can expect to receive the package within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that pots and succulents can only be delivered within Sandton and surrounding areas, due to life plants. Pots without plants can be delivered country wide.

Refund Policy

We expect returns for up to 30 days from receipt. You will receive a refund or a credit, it is your choice. Please note, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the product, you have to notify us within 7 days from receipt by email. All return delivery costs will be for your own account. Please note: We will only refund returned products which are in its original condition. We will not refund you if we suspect a clothing item or accessory has been worn or washed. We hold the right in making this decision on inspection of the product once returned. We are ethical and great service and customer satisfaction is our first priority. Please note, face masks and mask tops can not be exchanged, for health reasons.
