Coffee Ganache Bar

The Coffee Ganache is made with whole coffee beans that are cold infused over night to gently release the flavours.

The result is a clean and natural taste of coffee that is neither overpowering nor bitter – the texture is smooth and melts in the mouth.

These bars are moulded in a semi sweet dark chocolate to compliment the coffee.
