Passion Fruit Caramel Bar

The Passion Fruit Caramel is made using fresh granadillas from which we remove the seeds. The result is a smooth filling, intense in exotic and tangy flavours.

The texture is soft and melts quickly, releasing all the freshness from the passion fruit.

The bar is moulded in milk chocolate to round off and tame the sourness of the fruit.
