Our Lime and Ginger Marmalade has a hint of Gin Botanicals, and is neither sweet nor tart - just perfectly balanced with gentle complimenting flavor profiles. This particular batch is made from fruit sourced from private Noordhoek and Constantia gardens in the heart of Cape towns Southern Suburbs.

No added preservatives, minimal sugar and loads of care in the making of this delicious spread, is what sets it apart from all others!

Keep refrigerated and use within 2-3 weeks of opening.
